Hi, I’m Melonie—though most people know me as Mel.

I’ve been part of the nail industry for over 15 years, with the last 6 years spent as a Nail Educator.

I’m truly passionate about all aspects of the industry, especially maintaining and promoting the health of natural nails.

I love working closely with my clients to bring their vision to life, whether that’s a simple, elegant gel polish, extreme nail extensions, or anything in between. More recently, I’ve discovered a passion for multimedia nail art, exploring creative techniques using a wide range of products.

Teaching is another huge part of what I do. I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and skills with my students, always focusing on high standards, correct techniques, and professionalism within the industry.

When I first started as a nail technician, I had very little guidance on the business side of things.

I had to learn through trial and error, which is why I now make it a priority to include business education in all of my courses. For those who may have missed out on this knowledge, I also create informative eBooks and digital downloads—resources I truly wish I had when I was starting out.
